And now YOU will have the perfect answer!

In Today's Episode:

In this today’s episode of Divorced Like a Boss, divorce coach Jennifer Connor talks about taking your negative thoughts, and work through them to come out on the other end.

Jennifer takes it to a whole new level and discusses that circumstances can change by one thought and one action. She dives even deeper into the matter of how one thought can completely change your belief. However, slapping a positive affirmation on one negative thought doesn’t make it go away overnight.

Episode Quotes:

I can't tell you exactly how long it's going to take for you to change a belief but I can definitely tell you that that is 100 percent possible to change any and all beliefs no matter how long you've thought them or how deeply seeded or rooted they are.

There are circumstances where one action; one thing you can have a completely different interpretation, and through that thought, through that different interpretation you immediately change a set of beliefs. So yes that is 100 percent possible.

Every area of your life it can take on that snowball rolling downhill effect and it's just picking up all kinds of momentum and all kinds of evidence on how you aren't good enough in every area not just in this marriage aspect. That's how quickly a thought can become a belief.

It is amazing and also frustrated at times how efficient our brains are going through those archives of our minds and finding examples to support this belief. What's happened is your brain has actually created literally a deep groove or a neural pathway that's absolutely devoted to this belief and it's just getting groove here in groove here.

What I don't want you to do is just slap a positive affirmation on top of a crappy thought. That's what I was doing for a really long time and trying to believe this new positive thought, and it was just too far out there it was too opposite of what I currently believed. For me to be convinced. So every time I would tell myself the positive affirmation that would my mind would be like bullshit.

I'm Jennifer Connor, and I'm on a mission to help divorced women stop looking back and start living their own damn lives!

When I went through my own divorce, I discovered that the "help" that was out there was either very heavily based on dragging up the past OR slapping a positive affirmation on top of every shitty thought.

Uh, no thank you. Hard pass.

I knew there had to be a better way:

A way for people like me - driven, high-achieving women who were ready to conquer this "divorce thing" once and for all - to stop focusing on the past and start building a genuinely fun, incredible life NOW. A way for us to heal and move on without freaking CRYING every single day.

Heck, throw in some laughs, and you've got me totally sold!

That's when I discovered a method that did ALL of that.

And the rest was magic. (like, Hermione magic, not crappy Ron magic)

Today, everything I do is with the sole purpose of helping other women use my coaching method and tools to create a life and future they LOVE.

If you're ready to capture some of this magic for yourself, hit me up!

Women are moving on and upgrading their lives every day. It's YOUR turn now.

Episode Homework:

This week for homework take that one thought that you identified and that you'd like to change.  I want you to come up with a full spectrum of alternate thoughts.

Don't worry, you do not have to believe any or all of them right now.
