The LAB is split into five sections:
Membership in the Lose Weight LAB is all-inclusive.
For every month you remain a paid member, you get full access to all courses, lessons, meditations, coaching calls, masterclasses, resources and features in the LAB Online Portal, as well as membership in the private Members Only Facebook Page.
Membership in the LAB is a monthly, auto-renewing experience. Your credit card on file will be charged each month unless you cancel.
For every month you pay, you are considered a full member of the LAB and have access to all online materials and the FB group.
We're confident you will love your membership; however, should you decide to leave the LAB, you may cancel your membership at any time, no questions asked.
The Lose Weight LAB is a membership experience; therefore, all coaching is conducted in a group format.
You may submit to be coached 1:1 during any of the Weekly Workshops.
Should you desire additional 1:1 support, there are special 1:1 LAB Member rates available within the membership.

The Lose Weight LAB has no specific type of required exercise.
While movement is a big component in the program, it is specified as Movement (and not Exercise) for this reason.
Movement can be anything and everything, as long as your body is moving and your heart rate gets somewhat elevated.
The purpose of this is so that the plan can be flexible and adaptable throughout your entire journey and beyond.
