You Can't Hate Your Body Into Changing

In this episode, I encourage you to work WITH your body - not against it - to lose weight and change your shape. 

Negative feelings do not lead to positive lasting results. Look at your body and find ways you can forgive it, work with it and LOVE it throughout the journey of change.

Let's change the narrative of weight loss. It does NOT have to be miserable or full of judgement and self-criticism. It can be full of love, curiosity and fun.

Homework:

  • Write a list of all the things you DO love/like/appreciate about your body.
  • Pick one part/aspect you want to change (keep it general).
  • Write a list of all the great ways you'll feel and all the great things you will be able to do when you achieve this goal.
  • Once you are feeling high-vibe about your goal and your body, write a list of possible things you can do to help you achieve this goal.
