Many perfectionists think that it is a weakness to want or need outside accountability, but I believe having accountability outside of you is the smartest thing you can do!
Unless you are able to stay accountable to yourself 100% of the time, you can benefit from having an accountability community, group or partner!
If you don't already have one, be sure to find an accountability partner, group or community. Share your goals with them, and tell them that you want them to hold you accountable for your actions (or inaction).
