My Stance On Dieting - Four Principles to Follow

 

In Today's Episode:

In this episode, I cover the basic principles to follow, with regard to your healthy eating.

Meals Principles:

  1. Eat only when you are hungry, and stop when you're satisfied.
  2. Plan all your food in advance, not in the moment.
  3. Eat 90% foods that feel good and fuel your body, and allow for 10% of foods for fun and mouth entertainment.
  4. Drink 2-3 liters of water each day.
