Taking a moment before the day begins to decide what you will eat for the entire day gives you the opportunity to make those decisions from a conscious, high-level place so that you won't be giving into temptation or over-hunger in the moment.
The daily plan doesn't have to be fancy and doesn't even have to have your portion sizes all written out. It simply needs to be completed in some way, shape or form. That's it!
