Feeling (Not Eating) Through Your Feelings

 

In Today's Episode:

No matter how you are feeling at this point in time, it is 100% OK. Allow yourself to feel the feelings, and have compassion for yourself. Managing our emotions allows us to change our actions - things like overeating and drinking - and is hugely impactful to our weight loss efforts.
