EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), also known as "tapping," is an excellent tool to help with weight loss. By tapping on your negative emotions and limiting beliefs, you're able to calm the brain and limit the release of the hormone cortisol in the body.

Cortisol is responsible for increased appetite and sugar cravings. While our bodies are in the fight-or-flight response and releasing Cortisol, digestion is slowed down (if not shut down completely).

Learning how to use EFT tapping to manage these emotions is not only a great way to lower your overall stress levels but also an amazing way to help your body start to release excess weight.
